FLAS is the first Liberal Arts and Sciences program in Montenegro and the Western Balkans. To attract students from around the world and stand out from other universities, FLAS needed a modern website.

We began by creating the site architecture, prototyping, and writing the content. The website is multilingual, supporting three languages, which we kept in mind throughout the process. Additionally, some pages were designed as templates, which we also accounted for in our approach.

Since FLAS represents a unique approach to education, its design needed to reflect this. We proposed several visual concepts and metaphors to find the best solution for the faculty.

Ultimately, the client's team favored a simple yet vibrant concept that conveyed a student-centered approach, freedom of self-expression, and a modern perspective. A logotype and key colours stayed the same.

To add a creative touch to the project, we created custom illustrations. These not only bring warmth to the clean design but also make the website more approachable while maintaining a professional and reliable feel.

To ensure scalability, we integrated the templates into Webflow’s CMS, allowing the client to add new pages without needing a designer or developer. Additionally, we created several instructional guides and hand-off materials to help the client easily publish new pages and articles using the CMS.

In summary, we created a modern, scalable website for FLAS that reflects their unique approach to education.  Webflow’s CMS integration and hand-off guides enabled the client to manage the site independently.
